Siew Kuan joined TAEL Partners in 2019. Prior to TAEL, Siew Kuan was the Chief Executive Officer of ZICO Capital Sdn Bhd. She was instrumental in the establishment of ZICO Capital Sdn Bhd, a boutique advisory licensed by the Malaysian Securities Commission.

She is highly experienced in the full spectrum of capital market solutions and structured transactions. She has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking businesses, having worked with Hong Leong Investment Bank, HwangDBS Investment Bank and UOB, where she was part of the senior management team driving the investment banking business of the respective entities. She is also well-versed in corporate finance advisory, having served in AmMerchant Bank attached to the Corporate Finance team.

Siew Kuan was trained as a Chartered Accountant in Ernst & Young. She has been a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 1996 & 1997 respectively and was awarded a CFA charter in 2000.
