Michelle is currently the CEO of PT Citra Labuantirta (since 2017), where she was formerly the Head of Business Development, when she joined the Company in 2008. With over 20 years of experience in the cocoa industry, Michelle has vast working experience with some of the major cocoa processing companies in Asia. Michelle started her career as an Auditor in PwC Singapore in 1988, and later held various positions in several cocoa companies between 1990 to 2006, several of which are PT Ceres, Maju Bersama Kakao, General Foods, Davomas Abadi and Nataki Bamasa. In 2007, she was recruited by renowned British investor David Bromilow as a representative in managing his Asia Pacific investments. Michelle attended early education in Singapore and has an undergraduate Accounting and Finance degree from City University, England where she graduated in 1987.
